Just something worth sharing from a client we replaced an Asbestos roof for earlier in the year.

I’m not sure if I thanked you for the photos you sent through after completing the job at 20 Webb Street earlier this year.
I was down in Christchurch a week ago and saw the new roofs in the ‘real'. They looks great so thank you both and your team for your roles in such a successful project for our family.

I was dreading the time when it came for us to replace the asbestos roofs, as weather, cost, H&S were all factors that could have spun out of control.
Anyway, it all went very well and I liked the constructive solution to guiding the water flow into the gutter after the roof was raised slightly to solve some old wiring issues. It looks very sharp!

I was pleased that all the contractors were working 'under one umbrella’ and it reminded me of my father, the architect who designed the house, when he used to say good communication was key to successful building outcomes.

I am in the process of closing down my architectural practice in Nelson but if I hear of anyone in Christchurch looking for roofing I will suggest they give you a call.
